Refund & Cancellation Policy
At HealthTek and The MedSTORE, we value customer satisfaction, professional integrity, and fair business practices. We aim to provide flexible and reasonable solutions whenever possible while ensuring sustainability of our services and operations.
1. Consultancy & Advisory Services
- Advisory sessions, consultancy calls, and professional services are considered reserved time slots and resources.
- Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- No refunds will be provided after the consultation session has started or has been completed.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may be considered completed sessions.
2. Training Programs & Educational Activities
- Registration fees for training programs, workshops, and educational visits may be refunded if cancellation is requested before program preparation and resource allocation.
- Refund requests made at least 5 days before the program start date may be eligible for partial or full refund, excluding payment gateway or administrative charges if applicable.
- No refunds will be issued after the training or activity has started.
- HealthTek reserves the right to reschedule programs due to operational or safety requirements. In such cases, participants may choose rescheduling or refund.
3. Keepsakes, Souvenirs & Customized Products
- Customized, personalized, print-on-demand, or specially prepared products are generally non-refundable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery.
4. Digital Products & Downloadable Content
- Digital products, downloadable materials, and electronically delivered content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial providers.
