5. Wajehny Educational Visits & Activities

- Participants and guardians acknowledge that schedules, departments, speakers, and activities may change due to operational, safety, or healthcare facility requirements.
- Participants must comply with all facility safety, privacy, infection control, and professional conduct requirements during visits.
- HealthTek reserves the right to remove or refuse participation for inappropriate behavior or safety concerns.
6. Keepsakes, Souvenirs & Customized Products
- Product images are illustrative and minor differences may occur.
- Personalized or customized items may require additional preparation time.
- Certain items may be produced or fulfilled through third-party production or delivery partners.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, educational materials, branding, designs, content, and media remain the property of HealthTek or their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
